I always hated taking my car to the mechanic. I always felt as I was getting ripped off. I am happy to say that Southside changed all that. I didn't get hit with any unexpected charges, now they did tell me hard parts would be extra and Gary called me after they took the thing apart and it did need some additional parts. But they told me upfront that may happen, and the work was completed when they said it would. I am not afraid to bring my car to Southside! Thanks!
